This craftsmen bungalow had all the latest technology of 1920's: featuring: asbestos siding, lead paint, wash-down kitchen closet, built-in ice box, unreinforced wood burning chimney and rotating foundations. Quite the history lesson. A gut remodel in 2022 added hydronic heated floors, solar panels, glass floor light.
